Silent Moves IOW brings fun, feel-good fitness sessions to beautiful locations across the Isle of Wight using wireless silent disco headphones. Enjoy uplifting music while taking part in easy-to-follow walking, pilates and dance-inspired workouts designed for all ages and fitness levels.

Silent Disco Pilates
Silent Disco Pilates adds a fun twist to traditional Pilates. Wearing wireless silent disco headphones, you’ll hear the music and instruction clearly while enjoying a unique and immersive workout experience.
Moving to uplifting music, you’ll flow through simple Pilates exercises designed to strengthen your core, improve posture, balance and flexibility. The headphones help you focus, block out distractions and make the session feel more personal and engaging.
It’s a relaxed, feel-good class where you can move, stretch and enjoy Pilates in a fresh and enjoyable way — suitable for all levels and a great way to add a little extra fun to your fitness
What is Groove?
Groove is a joyful, music-driven movement experience where everyone moves together in their own unique way. There are no complicated routines and no pressure to get the steps right — just simple rhythms, great music and the freedom to move your body in a way that feels good for you.
In a Groove session you’ll smile, release stress and reconnect with the joy of moving to music. It’s uplifting, inclusive and designed so anyone can join in and feel great.

Classes are being held at various location on the Isle of Wight with regular classes coming to Newport soon.
Keep an eye on my socials for announcements I often simply put a call out for who is free and we gather together on a beach or open space somewhere and get groovy!
Beach events are held Silent Disco Style with headphones and glow sticks provided
