Who am I?
With over 30 years of experience, I am a dedicated Holistic Therapist whose journey began with a foundation in Holistic Massage and an early interest in Sports Therapy. However, my path soon expanded beyond the conventional. After completing my initial training, I was drawn to explore deeper, more intuitive healing modalities—leading me to train in Reflexology and travel to Thailand to study Traditional Thai Massage at its source.
Throughout my career, I’ve embraced innovation and tradition in equal measure. I was among the first practitioners to train in Hydrotherm Massage, a unique technique that allows clients to receive a full-body massage while lying comfortably on their back. This system not only enhances relaxation but also supports those who may find traditional massage positions uncomfortable.
My approach has always been rooted in a deep respect for the body’s wisdom and the power of therapeutic touch to restore balance and well-being.
In addition to bodywork, I expanded my practice to include Reiki and Sound Therapy, discovering the profound healing potential of sound nearly 25 years ago. This awakening opened new dimensions in my work, allowing me to support clients on both physical and energetic levels, and I now run regular SoundBaths and offer Sound Massage.
As I worked with more clients, I found myself frequently recommending Yoga and Pilates for their complementary benefits—so naturally, I trained in both disciplines.. My original passion for movement and wellness continued to grow over the years, leading me to explore various fitness modalities, including Zumba. This joyful path eventually brought me to become a certified Groove Facilitator, and I now offer Groove classes on the Island, where I aim to create an uplifting, inclusive space for all to move and connect.
Over the years, I’ve had the honour of supporting many cancer patients, both in their homes and in hospice settings, bringing comfort and care through tailored therapies. I believe that healing and movement should be accessible to everyone, and this belief has guided my work with children, adults, and individuals with additional needs. While living in Kent, I also spent time working in a dedicated MS Centre, where I taught both seated and standing movement classes. I take great joy in adapting every session to meet people exactly where they are—ensuring each person feels empowered, supported, and seen.
Over the years, I have worked intuitively, exploring and mastering a variety of therapies. Reflexology has always been a true passion of mine, and it even inspired me to create my own award-winning natural skincare range, Ollogii. Although I made the difficult decision to step away from Ollogii last year due to economic pressures, the journey remains one of my proudest achievements.
So whether you want to attend a Yoga or Pilates class, immerse yourself in a Sound Bath or let loose in a Groove class, or come and experience a holistic therapy, I can’t wait to meet you. If you have any questions about any of my services, please don’t hesitate to get in touch — I’m always happy to help guide you on your journey to wellness.
