Classes are being held at various location on the Isle of Wight with regular classes coming to Newport soon.
Keep an eye on my socials for announcements I often simply put a call out for who is free and we gather together on a beach or open space somewhere and get groovy!
Beach events are held Silent Disco Style with headphones and glow sticks provided
